I wouldn’t want to explain to anyone let alone a SecDef bent on change, that I supported the neutering of the Marine Corps, and reduced its ability to meet its Title X mandate. Time will tell. Hey look at the bright side, maybe the active duty Marines will finally get a new functional PT uniform!
